The entrance of this gite is found on the first floor of the house, with bedrooms and shower room on the ground floor. The habitable surface is 45m2.

As you can see from the photo, you have a garage with a remote controlled door, followed by a door giving access to a corridor with concrete stairs which take you up to the communal garden.

Your entrance is found on your right (on the left in the photo) as well as the private fenced terrace area with barbecue and garden furniture.

On entering the gite, you find yourself in the living/kitchen area, with utensils and crockery of good quality and number. The kitchen has an electric oven with gas rings, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee filter, mixer and washing machine and you will also find in the gite an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning material.

There is also a television and board games.

The gite has 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed, the second with 2 single beds. All the beds are made for your arrival (quilts).
