The entrance to this gite is via your enclosed courtyard.

Your gite represents the left part of the house. Once inside you will find a kitchen area, a fireplace and a sofa bed for hosting possible guests.

On the first floor there is the bedroom and the toilet/shower room. Behind the gite there is access to 1 500 metres squared communal garden with a view over St Brieuc bay.

This gite is rated 2 épis by the association of GITE DE FRANCE and 2 stars by the Prefecture in 2002 and as such will function and be equipped according to their standards. You can find a detailed list of specifications from the menu "Inventory".
