This gite is a nice place to live (78 m²). There is a large and attractive south-facing veranda. Beds are prepared when you arrive.

The two bedrooms which make up this gite are completely independant. One of them is obove a place marked private on the map. plan. Access to it is via the veranda, thanks to an opening in the wall dividing the building and the veranda.

The other bedroom is above the dining room. The dining-room/kitchen is in the right-hand side of the house. As well as other available furniture there is a sofa bed for further possible guests.

Outside, one of the two garages is for your use. Your private area is the pink tarmac area shown on the photo. Under no circumstances could another guest disturb your privacy passing by your gite. Behind the gite there is access to 1500 metres squared communal garden with a view over St Brieuc bay. This gite was classified GITES DE FRANCE 2002, "3 épis" and 3 stars by the Prefecture and as such will function and be equipped according to their high standards.
